From Drained To Embodied Aliveness.

Your mind and body work together, not in isolation— healing requires nurturing both.

I guide you in making gentle changes in how you eat, move, and connect to shift your physiology.

Feel deeply connected, grounded, and powerful.

Meet Sara

I believe healing can be simple; something that you can melt into. My gentle, effective approach helps you make lasting changes while feeling held and seen.

Being tired all the time isn’t normal, even if it’s common.
You deserve to feel fully alive and present for your life.

I guide people in shifting their behaviors, patterns and nutrition to optimize their physiological & nervous system responses to life.
Combining Integrative Nutrition, Psycho-Somatics, & Internal Family Systems to cultivate deep presence, power, & resilience.

My work is focussed on

holding space for you to orient to:

Tuning into YOU

Reconnecting you to how things make you feel.
In this process we let go of the labs and numbers, and reconnect with the body. Exploring how foods, behaviors, and people make you feel. With that inner awareness, you can then orient towards the people and patterns that will be nourishing to you.

Mind-Body Intelligence

Much of today’s healing approaches are one-dimensional, focusing solely on either psycho-emotional or physical health. Yet, the mind and body are deeply interconnected.

The Simple Healings approach focuses on multi-layered nourishment for mind, body, and spirit to support nervous system balance and mitochondrial health. Together, we optimize nutrition, balance circadian rhythms, support gut health, nurture emotions, and connect with what ignites your spirit.

Often, this means saying NO to what drains you, and creating space for what replenishes you.

Working with the Parts

If we could, we would.’
You may feel like you’ve tried everything with little success. Sometimes parts of us resist change, even when we want to feel better. I help you understand these conflicting feelings and work with them, not against them. This creates lasting change that feels natural, not forced. [An Internal Family Systems approach]

‘The obstacle is the way.’ [Thomas Hübl]
In this work, we welcome resistance, embracing it as an essential guide on your journey.

‘The way out is in.’
